Mon - Sat 9:00-4:00 ReStore Hours
Tue - Sat 9:00-4:00 Furniture Hours
The Habitat ReStore operates in the same building as our office, at 400 Pratt Avenue NW. There are two departments: Building Supplies faces Pratt Avenue; Furniture faces Washington Street.
What ReStore Sells
The ReStore concept provides good quality building materials at greatly reduced prices. The revenues generated from the sales of these materials will help fund the building of additional houses for the local Habitat program in Madison County.
We Encourage Recycling
ReStores provide an added environmental benefit by recycling good reusable building materials. So whether you'd like to help clean the environment, clean out your garage or make a few improvements around your own house, we invite you to come out and visit the Habitat ReStore.
Donations are tax-deductible. For guidelines, see our list of acceptable and non-acceptable materials for donation.
Volunteers help stock the shelves, clean and dust in the store and reorganize the merchandise.
We need insurable drivers and helpers to pick up donations in the ReStore truck. To fulfill pickup requests from the community, we need to have the truck out several days a week.
Our regular volunteers spend at least half-day a week with us. We also welcome one-time volunteers and groups.
